Dr's should prescribe this for dry skin conditions

I had run out of my E45 cream and didn't think it was working because I still felt dry and itchy. So, when I was at my local salon, I purchased Ultra rich body cream. Normally, when you apply body cream, they just sit on your skin, but this one actually sinks in and works in your skin. Even though I used the E45, I still felt itchy afterwards but with Ultra rich body cream, my skin feels soft, non greasy and I really think Dr's should prescribe this for all dry skin conditions!
