New MyRewards Program:

Once you place an order and it is marked as "Shipped" in your account, the points you have earned will be redeemable immediately.

You will not be able to get points or use discount codes on promotional items.

You will be able to view your MyRewards points by logging into your account and on the My Account page, there will be a My Rewards link.

On your MyRewards page, there will be an option to redeem your points for store credit. Here you can choose how many points you would like to redeem.

You will earn $1 for every $5 spent!




SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship within 48 hours of payment being received.

Shipping within the US: transit approximate delivery time is 3 to 6 business day but can takes up to 10 business days.

International shipping: transit approximate delivery time is 6 to 10 business day but can takes up to 21 business day.

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 for U.S. addresses.

We ship by USPS airmail. You will automatically be notified by email when your payment is received and when your packages ship with tracking delivery info or custom tracking info.

All packages purchased from our website are shipped insured.

We generally do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or on Holidays.

RETURN POLICY:

We practice a no question asked return policy. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 7 days after you have received your product email us at sales@myexclusivespa.com and we will provide you with a return address to return you product.
