What is the Skincare Challenge? The Skincare Challenge is our newest program, created to reward
you for purchasing skincare at MyExclusiveSpa to achieve healthy, beautiful
skin.
Beauty Insiders will earn credit for every purchase of a qualifying
facial skincare item. Qualifying purchases are facial skincare items
priced USD $20 and over (equivalent cost in CAD).
After the purchase of four facial skincare items, Beauty Insiders
complete the Skincare Challenge and can choose a Free Reward Product.
The Skincare Challenge runs from March 25, 2010 through December 31,
2010. Limit of 5 reward products per Beauty Insider. Visit myexclusivespa.com for more information.
How can I participate in the Skincare Challenge? In order to participate, you must be a MyExclusiveSpa Member. Become a MyExclusiveSpa Member by clicking here.
You will be automatically enrolled in the Skincare Challenge after the
purchase of your first qualifying facial skincare product. No sign up
necessary.
To ensure you receive credit for your all of your purchases, always
provide your Beauty Insider email or card number at checkout.
What are the Free Reward Products? Free Reward Products are MyExclusiveSpa's gift to you when you purchase
any four facial skincare items $20 and over, completing the Skincare
Challenge.
Each Free Reward Product is an individual skincare product offered by
our participating brands as a gift. All Free Reward Products have an
amazing individual value and vary in size. They are not returnable or
exchangeable.
MyExclusiveSpa.com and MyExclusiveSpa stores will have a selection of rewards for you
to choose from once you have completed the Skincare Challenge. The
selection will change throughout the year and will vary among each
individual store and MyExclusiveSpa.com.
Once your Skincare Challenge balance hits 4 credits, you can claim your
reward in stores or online during checkout. After you claim your Free
Reward Product, your Skincare Challenge balance will decrease by 4
credits.
How can I check my Skincare Challenge balance? Please contact Customer Service to check your balance at 1-866-991-3720 or email us.
Do I need a Skincare Challenge card to participate? It is not necessary to have a Skincare Challenge Card. We will
automatically track all of your skincare purchases made online that are tied to your MyExclusiveSpa account.
What if I do not like the skincare product that I purchased? Skincare Challenge qualifying items can be returned following our
normal return procedure. Your Skincare Challenge balance will decrease
by one credit for every qualifying Skincare Challenge item returned
(i.e. 1 return = 1 deduction / 2 returns = 2 deductions, etc). Note:
This can lead to a negative balance as your Skincare Challenge Balance
credit will be at zero after you've redeemed your first Free Reward
Product.
What products qualify towards my Skincare Balance? Facial skincare products* $20 and over will count towards your
Skincare Balance. At MyExclusiveSpa.com, every qualifying product will have a
Skincare Challenge logo next to it, indicating that it counts towards
earning a Free Reward Product.
*Qualifying facial skincare products include cleansers, treatments, moisturizers, sunscreens, and skincare tools.
Non-qualifying items include tinted moisturizers, makeup removers, lip
balms, eyelash conditioners, men's shaving products, hair removal
products, all hair, bath & body, and makeup products.
