Buyer Beware!! October 21, 2011

The clarisonic is great however My Exclusive Spa is not!  I purchased a second clarisonic from this company since the first transaction went well.  The unit was supposed to include four additional brush heads which I did not receive.  I have left two phone messages and have sent three e-mails, all of which remain unanswered.  Next step: filing a dispute with PayPal.
